505 N MAIN

Planning Commission and the Village Council have approved the final site plans and drawings for 505 N. Main.  The former gas station at the corner of Commerce and Main will be transformed into a 3.5 story, mixed use, zero-lot-line development with traditional architectural features.  The platform parking deck will be at the Main Street grade behind the building, with the current Mill Valley parking lot extended to underneath the structure.  It is estimated that the project will produce over 100 public parking spaces.  The ground floor is commercial and the upper floors will be residential condominiums for sale (about sixteen).  Environmentally -impacted soils will be removed as a part of the development.  The building will be owned by a private entity and the parking will be public.
