A community favorite for decades, the Christmas Open House is again slated for the Thursday after Thanksgiving. Santa arrives at 5:45 on Main Street and greets children of all ages at the Center Street Mall. He will be available for requests and photos until 9pm, and again on Thursday evenings from 6-8 and Saturdays from 11-1 throughout December. Merchants will be open late, serving holiday treats and offering great ideas for gift-giving. Ride a horse-drawn carriage through town for your donation, given to Community Sharing. Strolling musicians and carolers will entice you to stay and savor this home-spun tradition. |
