Summer Concert Series ~ Thursdays, June 7 - August 9
Free Concerts Thursdays in Central Park's LaFontaine Family Amphitheater
Bring the family to the Amp! Kids of all ages are enjoying the new venue, and the little ones adopt the stage terraces for their "star" perfomances! Milford Township Parks and Recreation Commission hosts free summer concerts at Central Park in Downtown Milford, with support from the Milford DDA and the Village of Milford. These events are a great way to pass the time during the warm summer evenings. The shows start at 7pm and concessions are available (burgers, hot dogs, drinks, ice cream) for purchase.
Concerts are scheduled from Thursdays in June through the first week of August.

June 21, 2018 Delta Twins
Delta Twins is a four-man rock/soul/blues band that is known around southeast Michigan for their soulful vocals, passionate guitar solos, and poignant original lyrics that explore and celebrate the human condition. Songs like “Work My Blues Away” and “Workingman” pay homage to the hard-working blue collar ethic for which Detroit is known. “Stirring Up The Muddy Waters” melds blues, rock, and jazz into a tantalizing stew, while songs like “Fool For You” will leave you breathless.
Dr. Pocket, Craig Strain's horn-driven rhythm and blues monster band, has been wowing audiences in southeastern Michigan for 20 years. The 10-piece band features powerful vocals and equally powerful horns. Dr. Pocket plays foot-stomping, dance-worthy songs from such classic bands as Chicago, as well as today's hits. The young and old turn out in droves to hear and watch Dr. Pocket play.
Originally formed in 1984 By guitarist Phil Vigelius Drummer Pat Murphy and keyboardist Jay Jolley. The Band Has been continually rocking the metro Detroit area for years. With several original CDs and years of opening for major acts such as Eddie Money, The Guess Who, Rick Springfield, Burton Cummings, Mark Farner, (Grand Funk Railroad), Mitch Ryder and many more.
