Lei Ting’s Blue Pearl
Lei Ting was originally opened by Chef Tom Lin in the year 2000. Due to other endeavors(Fortunecooking Food Trucks), Tom sold his restaurant to his uncle in 2010. It was a difficult decision, but today he has a flourishing food truck business to show for it (with 3 trucks).
Fast forward to 2022, and Chef Tom decided it was time to take back this Milford restaurant staple.
Along with his wife, Julie-Hill-Lin, they will be keeping the all-time favorite dishes, and adding more of a fusion culinary experience. After years of tossing around this concept, they get to finally bring it to life.
This new life is called Lei Ting’s Blue Pearl.
With over 30 years of restaurant experience (restaurateur, executive chef and culinary instructor), and 5 appearances on The Food Network, Tom is poised to make Blue Pearl his greatest endeavor. Along with Julie, who has over 30 years of marketing and advertising experience, they are excited to combine their resources to bring Downtown Milford the best Asian restaurant around. They want you to have a true experience with the freshest ingredients, homemade sauces, and unique dishes, in an atmosphere that is cool and comfortable.
