Hired in 2007, Franco is a PR, Marketing and Digital Media firm that helps to put Milford Merchants on the map. They have helped downtown Milford secure dozens of print and TV segments highlighting special events and reaching hundreds of thousands of people. On a daily basis, they help the DDA capture and broadcast local merchants stories and events, restaurant happenings, special events, parades, social gatherings and other Milford news.

Franco supports the Milford Downtown Development Authority through an integrated mix of traditional media and digital communications support and services including:

  • Strategic message development including crafting messages to enhance and create awareness of the DDA’s goals, efforts and objectives.
  • Digital media integration including launching and managing the monthly Downtown Milford e-newsletter and advisement of updating website copy.
  • Media relations including media outreach and content development for special business stories.
  • photography sessions, as well as quarterly photography sessions.
  • DDA engagement support with Downtown Milford businesses including offering strategic guidance related to DDA programming and drafting enhanced MeetMeInMilford.com business profiles.
