Mill Pond Pathway Project

The DDA wrote and was awarded a federal grant to create a walkway along North Milford Road, where formerly only a guardrail separated the pond from the road. The improvement was done entirely with grant dollars and volunteer donations from the community. The walkway was created by filling in the pond, adding a sidewalk, landscaping and streetlights. It is the primary pedestrian connection to downtown from the north. Fountain donated by John Grissim
